At Quivranxflix, we are dedicated to providing exceptional flowerbed and balcony design services. We want you to be completely satisfied with your garden project. This Return Policy outlines our approach to refunds, cancellations, and service adjustments.
Design Consultation Services
For our design consultation services:
- Consultations may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no charge
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the consultation are non-refundable
- If we need to reschedule, you will be offered a new appointment at your convenience
Design Package Refunds
Our design packages include planning, plant selection, and consultation services. Regarding refunds:
- Full refund available if cancelled before design work begins
- Partial refund (50%) available if cancelled after initial design but before final plan delivery
- No refund available after final design plan has been delivered
Plant and Material Returns
For plants, containers, and materials provided as part of our services:
- Plants delivered in poor condition will be replaced at no additional cost
- Report any issues with plants within 48 hours of delivery
- Plants that deteriorate due to improper care after delivery are not eligible for replacement
- Containers and materials may be returned unused within 7 days for a full refund
Installation Services
For our installation and planting services:
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before scheduled installation receive a full deposit refund
- Cancellations made 3-7 days before installation receive a 50% deposit refund
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before installation forfeit the deposit
- If weather conditions require rescheduling, no penalties apply
Plant Health Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of plants we provide:
- If a plant fails within 30 days despite following our care instructions, we will replace it once at no charge
- This guarantee requires that you follow the provided care guide
- The guarantee does not cover damage from extreme weather events, pests, or neglect
- Photo documentation of the failed plant is required for replacement claims
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or report an issue:
- Contact us by phone or email within the applicable timeframe
- Provide your order or project reference number
- Describe the issue or reason for the refund request
- Include photos if reporting damaged or failed plants
We aim to process all refund requests within 5-7 business days.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis. Our goal is always to ensure your satisfaction with our services.
